Guided meditation is a way through the endless chatter, using inspired guided visualization by our therapists and sacred healing sound instruments.

This is a commitment to our community to help you cultivate a practice for your personal intentions, and for spiritual growth. We also provide mats, pillows and blankets, and you are welcomed to bring your own for maximum comfort.
