Position Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and reliable Events & Guest Services Team Member to help coordinate and support birthday parties, field trips, group events, and other special events at Lost Worlds Adventures.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and kids, is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, and can stay organized while managing multiple details in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with birthday parties, field trips, school groups, and other special events
Communicate with customers before and during events to help ensure a smooth experience
Answer inbound phone calls and assist guests with questions, reservations, party information, and general inquiries
Help schedule and organize birthday parties, field trips, and group events
Assist with event setup, guest check-in, party rooms, food/service coordination, and cleanup
Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests in person and over the phone
Help ensure events stay on schedule and address guest needs as they arise
Maintain accurate event details and communicate important information to the appropriate team members
Work closely with managers, party hosts, café staff, and other team members
Assist with other facility operations as needed
Follow all safety and company policies

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Lead to take ownership of kitchen execution and help develop and improve our food program.
This role combines daily kitchen execution with recipe development and system building, with the long-term goal of supporting scalable operations, including a potential ghost kitchen model.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a ghost kitchen or high-volume food operation and enjoys both working the line and improving how a kitchen operates.
Core Responsibilities
Kitchen Execution
Run day-to-day kitchen operations including prep, cooking, and service
Maintain consistent food quality, speed, portioning, and presentation
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met
Manage prep levels, inventory usage, and reduce waste
Support the kitchen during peak service periods
Recipe Development & Menu Improvement
Improve existing menu items for taste, speed, and consistency
Develop and test new recipes with a focus on:
Fast execution during service
Consistent portioning and plating
Cost efficiency and simplicity
Scalability for higher-volume operations
Standardize recipes so they can be easily trained and replicated
Kitchen Systems & Workflow
Improve prep processes and kitchen flow to reduce bottlenecks
Help create clear prep lists, procedures, and station organization
Develop systems for batching, prep, and production
Help build a kitchen setup that can scale into higher-volume or ghost kitchen operations
Apply knowledge of ghost kitchen workflows and production models to improve efficiency
Training & Quality Control
Train staff on recipes, prep standards, and execution
Ensure consistency across all shifts
Support team members during peak service times
Maintain quality and portion-control standards
Food Cost & Efficiency
Be mindful of portion control, waste, and ingredient usage
Help identify ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality
Support maintaining strong food cost targets
Look for opportunities to streamline production and reduce unnecessary labor or food waste
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in a hands-on kitchen role such as Sous Chef, Line Cook, Kitchen Lead, or similar
Experience working in or managing a ghost kitchen, commissary kitchen, delivery-focused kitchen, or similar high-volume operation
Ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment
Experience improving or creating menu items is a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and food consistency
Organized, reliable, and proactive during service
Comfortable working both independently and with a team
Strong understanding of kitchen workflow, prep, batching, and production efficiency

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and outgoing Community Outreach & Events Sales Representative to help grow our group events and special events business.
This role is focused primarily on customer outreach and relationship building with schools, religious organizations, corporations, community organizations, youth groups, camps, and other potential partners.
The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with people, comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails, and willing to visit organizations in person when appropriate to introduce Lost Worlds Adventures and build relationships.
This position is focused on outreach and business development, rather than handling day-to-day inbound party or field trip inquiries.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to schools, religious organizations, corporations, community groups, youth organizations, camps, and other potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, businesses, and community partners
Promote field trips, group events, corporate events, private events, and other group experiences
Identify new organizations and businesses that may benefit from partnering with Lost Worlds Adventures
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to generate new bookings and opportunities
Visit schools, businesses, religious organizations, and other facilities in person when needed to introduce our programs and build relationships
Represent Lost Worlds Adventures professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach visits
Create and maintain a consistent outreach and follow-up schedule
Track outreach efforts, leads, follow-ups, and results using company systems
Build long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers and organizations
Communicate potential bookings and leads to the appropriate team members for follow-up and execution
Work closely with management and the events team to develop and grow group sales
Assist with promotional materials, outreach campaigns, and community partnerships
Follow all company policies and represent Lost Worlds Adventures in a professional manner
