Experienced Retail Sales Associate

Must be able to work in Livermore and Brentwood (when needed)

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and merchandising products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Technical sales experience (e.g., jewelry sales, electronics sales) is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.50.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
