In a world that never stops moving, The Sacred Pause comes as a sanctuary for the soul to rest in: A complimentary online community space for the woman who gives her all, and is ready to include herself.

Aside from being a space I hold, it’s a space I need, too. The Sacred Pause was born from a deep longing in my own heart to slow down, soften and reconnect, when our inner world is so conditioned by external precepts that rarely give us permission to.

It’s a moment to breathe, to remember, to realign - together. For you. For me. For all of us quietly holding so much.

We'll gather in a virtual circle to create a healing field of coherence within, fostering a refuge where the nervous system can rest, the heart can lead, and the soul can speak.

You don’t have to show up perfectly. You don’t have to say a word. Just bring your breath, a cup of something nourishing and your journal. And let the parts of you longing to exhale be held and honored. Through gentle, trauma-sensitive practices rooted in HeartMath™, Positive Intelligence®, and intuitive soul guidance, you’ll gently be invited into a state of inner calm and balance, where you can reset back into your inner flow.

With each breath an invitation to the present moment, permission to be just as you are, and openness to the new you that is longing to come alive.

Each session is a mix of short teachings, practices and shares, including:
✨ Heart-focused breathing & nervous system reset
✨ Subtle somatic and mindset shifts to neutralize the inner critic
✨ A mystical or seasonal reflection to nourish your spirit
✨ A collective intention to radiate heart healing and coherence outward, into your relationships, communities, and the world at large.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, inspired, deeply supported, and reconnected to the safety of your inner landscape.

If this resonates, I hope you will join us. RSVP to get the zoom link!

With love,
Claudia
