You are invited to sit with us in sacred space, as we journey with the heart medicine of ceremonial Cacao, the vibrational healing of sound, and a sharing in commUnity.

This intimate gathering brings us together through a lovingly prepared cacao elixir, crafted intentionally to gently open your heart, soften your nervous system, and support deep inner vision. Through guided breathwork/sound, intentional prayer and our shared space, we’ll explore what wants to be felt, honored, and released.

🌼Frequently Asked Questions
What is ceremonial cacao? Ceremonial cacao is pure, unprocessed cacao prepared intentionally as plant medicine. Unlike processed chocolate, it retains its natural neuroactive compounds and heart-healing properties. It supports emotional release, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection to self and spirit.
What should I bring?
A water bottle
A journal or small object for your altar (optional)
Something nourishing to eat after ceremony if you tend to get depleted
An open heart and willingness to receive
Is cacao safe? Yes, cacao is a gentle, non-psychoactive plant ally. If you have heart conditions, are taking antidepressants, or are sensitive to stimulants, please let us know in advance.
How should I prepare? Eat a light meal a few hours before, and avoid caffeine (you may want to include a note on recreational drugs/alcohol) or heavy foods right before the ceremony. Come hydrated and dressed comfortably.
What happens after the ceremony? Many people feel deeply relaxed, emotionally open, or energetically shifted. We recommend leaving your evening open. with no plans afterward, so you can rest, journal, walk, or simply integrate in your own way.
What about allergies and food sensitivites? Michelle's unique cacao blend includes non-dairy nut milks. If you have any known allergies to nuts, or to any other food, please let us know in advance to make a special blend for you.

🍎Nourishment Note
