Reiki I Training Reiki Initiation & Certification You’re warmly invited to join this Reiki I training—a foundational experience in energy healing and self-discovery. This training offers a grounded and supportive introduction to Reiki, where you’ll not only learn the practice, but experience it directly. Through both giving and receiving Reiki, you’ll begin to build confidence in your ability to work with energy for yourself and others. What this experience provides This training is designed to give you both practical tools and direct energetic experience. You’ll receive your Level I attunement, learn foundational hand positions and techniques, and leave with the ability to offer Reiki to yourself and others with confidence. Each student will both give and receive a full Reiki treatment during the training. What the day will include Our time together is a blend of teaching, discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice. You’ll also receive a Reiki manual to support your continued practice after the training. Who this is for This training is open to beginners, as well as those returning to Reiki who want to reconnect with the practice. It’s a strong fit if you feel drawn to energy healing, are looking to support your own well-being, or are interested in developing a skill you can use for life. Continuing your Reiki path For those who feel called to go deeper, there is an option to continue through Reiki II, III (Advanced Reiki Training), and Master certification as part of a full training path.
