We are THRILLED to partner with Cassie's Pasta-Bilities for another amazing pasta making class!

This round, Cassies will share her incredible dough recipe and teaching you how to roll like a pro and fill with finesse! That's right, we're making lemon-ricotta filled ravioli! Following the lesson, you'll enjoy a meal together featuring the style of pasta you made in class, and beautiful dessert to finish on a sweet note! Along the way, you'll enjoy some of our favorite Omega Road wine.

Class includes:

-Recipes and instruction on making and rolling pasta

-Recipe and instruction on cooking a seasonal and fresh pasta
