Details
Join us Sunday to view Regina's art and meet her firsthand! A pour of wine and charcuterie bites will be provided. No reservation needed. Regina's art will be available at the winery through February. Regina, originally from Illinois, discovered her love for art early, inspired by her father, a commercial artist. After moving to the Bay Area in 1974, she was captivated by California’s landscapes. Much of her inspiration comes from hikes around the Pleasanton/Livermore Valley and into the Sierra Nevada Mountains. She enjoys capturing fleeting moments—the last light on a meadow or sunlight filtering through a forest—and bringing those feelings to the canvas.
An award-winning artist, Regina studied at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and Los Positas College, and trained under notable artists including David Hardy and Carlo D’Alessio. Her romantic landscape style is influenced by the artists of the Hudson River School.
Regina now lives in Pleasanton with her husband and two of their three children. A former Senior Technical Illustrator at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, she continues to grow her skills and expand her painting career.
