This 75 minute class will include an opening share, followed by a gentle yoga practice, and will end with a 20 minute guided group ThetaHealing meditation. Please come in clothing that you can move freely in. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Please let me know in advance if you need alternate accommodations for floor sitting and movement.

The ThetaHealing Technique is a meditation practice that is designed to connect you to the Creative Energy of All That Is. Through this meditation practice, you have access to your subconscious beliefs, blocks, and limitations. It is often accessed in a way that is gentle and supportive. During your session you have the opportunity to remove these limitations and beliefs through your connection to the Creator in a talk therapy format with ease and safety. This technique is perfect for those who have a belief in something greater than themselves, as this will connect you to the Truth of yourself. It can be The Universe, God, Allah, Your Higher Self, etc. Allowing you to be a witness to your life and let go of the victim self. It gives a shifted perspective to glean clarity. You will be in a seated position participating in a conversation that reveals hidden beliefs.

ThetaHealing is beneficial for people who are feeling stuck in their life, or are repeating patterns of negativity and doubt. Anxiety patterns and stress can be dissolved with this process. This work can help open new possibilities and help form new habits in life. If you’re ready to take action, and release stagnant energy that may be holding you back in your life.

My yoga and mindfulness journey started in 2005. While the physical form of yoga resonated with me from day one, the mental and philosophical practice took time to understand and adopt in my everyday life. Finding the teachers and the classes that resonated in my body and my mind, was the flip of the switch I needed to begin my practice in earnest 8 years after my physical practice of yoga began, I was ready to truly take in the teachings. Slowly the focus of my practice turned from the physical asana to the spiritual practice, and I knew that I had found my way home, the home within myself. I completed my first 200 hour training in Power Vinyasa Flow in 2016, and have been teaching Yoga ever since.

I have since completed more than 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training rooted in Power Vinyasa, with an emphasis on mindful movement and connection with the Self. Vinyasa classes with me can often challenge the physical body, and breathe to release the trappings of the mind. Gentle yoga classes are where we can slow the practice down, soften the edges, and connect with physical movement of yoga in a way that engages your mind, body, and soul. As a ThetaHealing Practitioner, I often weave my energy work into my classes through meditation and somatic connection. I use my training and these teachings to help people connect to their Mind, Body, and Spirit. My biggest hope is for my students to accept themselves unconditionally, and see themselves in the purest light. To love oneself from the inside out, is the best healing we can hope for.
