21+ Opener begins at 5:30 pm. Main act starts at 7:30 pm.

Albert Cummings is a legendary blues guitarist who's played with the best, including B.B. King, Johnny Winter and Buddy Guy, and recording with Blind Pig Records for two decades. A self-taught musician from an early age (including banjo,) it was a 1987 concert by Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble that opened Cummings to a new world of modern blues, and inspired him to take up the guitar. Cummings never looked back. In fact, his very first album FROM THE HEART (2003) was produced by Double Trouble’s Chris Layton and Tommy Shannon and included the group’s Reese Wynans on keyboards. He recorded several albums for Blind Pig Records, and on 2012’s NO REGRETS the guitarist extended the boundaries outside the blues world to include country and rock influences like he really hadn’t before, seeing a wider possibility for where his music could go. With its release on Cummings’ own indie label imprint, Ivy Music Company, TEN is a full realization of that possibility.

See them live at Almost Famous Wine Lounge, an award-winning, new tasting room and venue located on Vasco Road in the heart of Livermore's wine, spirits and brewery district. Almost Famous Wine makes fifteen wines in diverse styles, and earned 34 top industry awards since our debut in 2021.
