As always, we couldn’t pull off such a huge event without help from volunteers!
The wine pouring shifts are Saturday 10:30 a.m. (½ hour to set up) to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (½ hour to clean up). Sunday 10:30 a.m. (½ hour to set up) to 1:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (½ hour to clean up).
The volunteer training meeting will take place at Livermore Downtown Inc's office at 20 S. L Street; training date and time TBA. Our insurance carrier and the City of Livermore require this training and ALL volunteers are asked to attend, whether you have attended a training session in past years or not. Please make every effort to attend this informative meeting. For helping out at this event, you will be given a complementary commemorative wine glass and will be invited to our Volunteer Appreciation event later in the year.
