Livermore Downtown Inc. has launched the Downtown Diamond Sponsorship level which is an annual, sponsorship opportunity encompassing all of our events and programs.

The Diamond Program is an excellent opportunity for our Corporate Partners to be recognized for their support at ALL of our events and through our outreach programs in the community and beyond.

What Does a Downtown Diamond Sponsor Get In Exchange

Livermore Downtown Newsletter
Your company name and logo will be listed and linked in our monthly e-newsletter as a Downtown Diamond Sponsor each month for 12 months. Your company will receive one full-page article focusing on your company and your dedication to the downtown and the Livermore Community. Distribution is 1500 plus. ($2400 Value)

Livermore Downtown Board Installation
Your company will be introduced at the 2008 Livermore Downtown Board Installation in January. A representative from your company will present an award to one of our 2007 Award Recipients. You will receive two tickets to this event. ($100 Value)

2008 Livermore Wine Country Festival
Your company name will be listed on all press releases, posters, fliers and on event web page. You will receive a 10x20 booth space complete with infrastructure of canopy, table and chairs in a prime location provided for both days of the event. You will also receive 4 event wine glasses and 20 drink tickets. This event boasts an attendance of 150,000 people over the two days. ($7500.00 Value)

Farmers' Market/Carnegie Park Farmers' Market and the New Winter Market
Company name will be listed on all posters, fliers, weekly ads and the event web page. Your company will be the focus sponsor one week with infrastructure for a promotional booth provided for outreach. You will have a space provided to you at each market and will have infrastructure of booth, table and two chairs provided for each “Family First Night” and each “Thirsty Thursday”. You will receive 4 Thirsty Thursday Wine Glasses. Summer Market takes place on Thursdays for 22 weeks. Winter market takes place on Sundays for 24 weeks. Attendance is 3,000 plus per week.

Company name will be listed on all press releases, posters, fliers and event web page. Downtown Trick or Treat
Company name listed on all press releases, posters, event webpage and fliers (fliers distributed to all Livermore preschools, daycare centers, public and private K-5th Grade Classrooms in partnership with the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District) and event web page. You will receive a 10x10 booth space complete with infrastructure of canopy, table and chairs at the event. Approximate attendance is 30,000. ($3000.00 Value)

Home For The Holidays/Holiday Sights and Sounds Parade
Company name listed on all press releases, posters, event web page and fliers (fliers distributed to all Livermore preschools, daycare centers, public and private K-5th Grade Classrooms in partnership with the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District). Company name will be announced throughout parade as Parade Sponsor. Approximate attendance is 10,000. ($3000.00 Value)

Downtown Shopping and Dining Guide

Your company name will be listed as a sponsor on our downtown shopping guide. These guides are distributed throughout the year to our downtown patrons. Yearly distribution of 30,000. ($1000.00 Value)

Website Listing
Your company name and logo will be listed and linked on the Livermore Downtown Inc. Website which received approximately 66,000 consumer hits in 2007. ($3300 Value)

Tuesday Tunes
Your company name will be listed on the Event Banner at Event Site and on all press releases, posters and on Tuesday Tunes Band Schedule Web Page. There will be 20 Tuesday Tunes concerts in 2008. (Value $2000)

Christmas In July
Company Name on all press releases, posters and fliers and event web page. Company name on banner placed on skating rink fencing, booth space at skating rink location including infrastructure of booth, table and 2 chairs.
