As America's most successful cycling race, the Amgen Tour of California is one of the nation's largest and most recognized annual sporting events. An eight-day event, this prestigious cycling road race features elite professional teams and athletes from aroung the world.
“The City of Livermore is excited to be hosting a stage finish this year for the 2012 Amgen Tour of California cycling race. We look forward to putting on an even bigger and better event than last year. We hope you can all join us in Livermore on May 15,” stated Livermore's Mayor John Marchand.

| This years '2010 The Tour', by Cuda Ridge, is a Bordeaux style blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. 'The Tour' is produced in a small lot and is available exclusively through First Street Wine Company and the winery. 'The Tour' is priced at $29.00/bottle. |

Yesterday the City of Livermore celebrated the announcement of the route for the 2012 Amgen Tour of California. This year, Livermore will be the host City for the finish of Stage 3 on May 15, 2012. But the race won’t just be finishing in Downtown Livermore, it will also be passing through the Downtown earlier in the day as the riders make their way onto Mt. Diablo. Attached is the route map for Stage 3 - click here to download (169KB PDF). Be sure to find your spot in the downtown to see the riders early in the day.
While waiting for them to return for the finish, enjoy the Amgen Tour of California Lifestyle Festival that will feature over 60 booths and vendors!
