The Board of Directors Mission Statement:

Through a joint effort of public and private sectors, Livermore Downtown Inc. was created to preserve the heritage of historic downtown Livermore, to promote economic prosperity, and to restore the downtown’s identity as the viable town center according to the National Main Street Program’s four point approach to revitalization.
